I spent nearly 15 years as a police officer. I loved the work, the brotherhood, and the sense that it mattered. I also know what the job can cost — the switch that will not clock out, the stories that stay, and the quiet damage at home.
I came through my own wreckage by the grace of God. That is why this work is Christ-centered. I offer biblical counseling for individuals and families, and a protected coaching path for first responders and veterans who do not want to walk into traditional counseling.
I believe many mental and relational struggles are, at root, spiritual: unbelief, misplaced worship, unresolved sin, or suffering carried apart from Christ. Scripture is the final authority. We tell the truth about what is happening in the heart, apply the Gospel, and pursue real change — not just symptom relief.
This is biblical counseling and pastoral coaching, not licensed clinical therapy. I do not diagnose or provide medical or psychiatric treatment. What we discuss stays protected under clergy privilege, with only the documentation the work requires.
