You and your family may feel like you’ve reached the end of the road, unsure of where to turn next. Your loved one might have gone through numerous treatment facilities, struggled to maintain a job or career, and faced damaged relationships, yet they continue to return to drugs or alcohol. My team of experts, who have personally experienced these challenges, can provide the addiction support you need. We offer various options, including inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, one-on-one therapy, and Christian Counseling. Our mental health services aim to guide your loved ones toward unshaken recovery, helping them take crucial steps toward freedom from addiction.
This is not traditional counseling. It is a structured 10-week pastoral coaching mission for law enforcement, fire, EMS, nurses, veterans, and active-duty service members who need a way to process the work without putting their career or reputation at risk.

This work is delivered by a former police officer and Certified Military and First Responder Mental Health Coach (CMFRC) through IBCC/AACC. Sessions are pastoral coaching under clergy privilege, with minimal documentation and career-conscious safeguards built in by design.
This is biblical, trauma-informed coaching — not licensed clinical therapy. I do not diagnose, treat mental disorders, or create clinical records intended for courts, departments, or insurance. Imminent harm and mandated reporting exceptions still apply.

The cost to facilitate an intervention ranges widely depending on factors such as time, location, safety concerns, and the team needed to necessitate the intervention. Cost will be agreed upon prior to initiating the intervention. Unshaken Recovery Solutions, LLC (URS) makes NO GUARANTEE that your loved one will seek treatment, nor does URS provide any guarantee of sobriety. Interventions should be discussed and prayerfully considered with the family and counselor.
The Tactical Decompression Program is offered as a defined mission rather than open-ended weekly counseling. It includes: 10 weekly coaching sessions, The Tactical Decompression Workbook/Journal, a personalized Resilience Contingency Plan, and limited between-session support during the 10 weeks. A free 15-minute consultation is available first to decide whether this path is right before any commitment is made. Standard program investment is $1,800. Founding rate and payment options available.
